Biography
of
Patrick T. Barone
Let me express to you the MANDATORY philosophy of the Barone Defense Firm HERE.
Patrick T. Barone is a principal in the Barone Defense Firm, whose practice is limited
exclusively to defending the drunk driving accused. Mr. Barone has
published several articles on trial practice and drunk driving defense
tactics, he has also lectured on these topics, and has appeared on
television as a drunk driving defense expert. In addition, Mr. Barone has
formed a statewide network and participates in a National network of other
DUI practitioners in order to exchange and share information about new DUI
laws, National and local trends in the law, and trial tactics. The Firm
has associates throughout the State, and they represent clients in all the
Courts in Lower Michigan
The
Firm also assists in successfully obtaining driving privileges after the
driver's license has been revoked for multiple drunk driving convictions.
Additionally, Mr. Barone has been certified as an instructor and practitioner of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests in accordance with the standards set forth by the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). He has also attended a 24 hour certification course at National Patent Corporation (the manufacturer of the DataMaster). Consequently, he has been deemed competent by the manufacturer to operate, perform essential diagnostic verifications and calibration checks on the BAC DataMaster.
